For 11 years, the Geneva National Foundation (GNF) has raised money primarily through an annual golf open and auction, the Lifelong Empowerment Open (L.E.O.), whereby the Geneva National Golf Club donates its courses in support of Walworth County's special neighbors.

GNF is open to other means for fundraising, and in 2015, began selling glow sticks and painting faces at the public July 4 festivities at Geneva National. In addition, in 2016, GNF begain participating in Santa Cause, a 12-charity Tree Festival event and raffle hosted at Gage Marine.
