A Guiding Light ... Named Reece

Brooks has a new furry friend who is opening up a world of independence for his 13-year-old master with ‪‎Cerebral Palsy‬. "The Geneva National Foundation is the reason one of the greatest dreams in Brooks' life is being fulfilled," said his mother, Susan, who submitted the grant request to GNF for her son's service dog, which he named Reece.

The grant also provided for training with the dog, which accompanies Brooks on the school bus and to class, allowing the teen to experience his first sense of independence.
